This criminal must be stopped!

This SNM leader is one of the few war criminals in leading position in Norther Somalia. In the late 80's, he was the leader of tribal militia. He attacked many Norther Somalia towns back then and killed and maimed many innocent people. He burned down many towns to the ground completely. He did all this in the name of tribe. Later, he become the leader of the SNM administration in Northern Somalia. Two years ago, he attacked Buhodle town and massacred many innocent people.  His tribal militia are occupiers of Las Anod, Erigavo and many other towns. This criminal must be stopped before it is too late.
